Interventions
- Pembrolizumab — DRUG200 mg intravenously every 3 weeks
- Tadalafil — DRUG10 mg by mouth daily

This study will examine the combination of pembrolizumab and tadalafil for safety and efficacy in advanced head and neck cancer.
