- EHR Nudges — OTHERTwo types of nudges: 1) an auto pended bot order for cardiac rehab referral, 2) an EHR-embedded alert prompting cardiac rehab referral
Study Details
Investigators will evaluate the effectiveness of two different EHR-embedded nudges to improve referral to cardiac rehabilitation.

Arms
- Arm: EHR NudgesTwo electronic health record (EHR)-embedded nudges will be deployed: 1) an auto pended bot order for cardiac rehab referral, 2) an EHR-embedded alert prompting cardiac rehab referral.
- Arm: Usual CareParticipants in the control group will not receive the auto pended bot order or the alert.
Primary Outcome Measure
Percentage of patients eligible for cardiac rehab referral who are referred for cardiac rehab [ Time Frame: Baseline ]
