  • Sleep Restriction — BEHAVIORAL
    You will be asked to shorten your sleep to four hours.

The purpose of the research study is to examine the effects of shortened sleep on blood pressure.

  • Experimental: Sleep Restriction
    You will be asked to shorten your sleep to four hours.
  • No Intervention: Normal Sleep
    You will be asked to sleep for 7-9 hours.

Blood Pressure [ Time Frame: Baseline and during the last 1-minute of stress ]
