Study Details

To look at the effectiveness of zanzalintinib, followed by surgery, in treating advanced thyroid cancer. The safety of this treatment will also be studied.

Arms

  • Experimental: Neoadjuvant with Zanzalintinib Followed by Surgery
    Zanzalintinib 60 mg orally once daily on Days 1 to 28 of a 28-day cycle.

Primary Outcome Measure

Safety and adverse events [ Time Frame: From baseline until completion of neoadjuvant therapy; an average of 6 months ]
