To develop strategies to identify postpartum women at risk for adverse cardiovascular outcomes and provide them with preventative therapies.

- Arm: Low-risk pregnancyPregnant subjects with none of the following: chronic hypertension, pregestational diabetes, renal disease, autoimmune disease, history of preterm preeclampsia in a prior pregnancy
- Arm: High-risk pregnancyPregnant subjects with one or more of the following: chronic hypertension, pregestational diabetes, renal disease, autoimmune disease, history of preterm preeclampsia in a prior pregnancy

Preeclampsia [ Time Frame: 2nd trimester - 13 months postpartum ]
