Study Details

The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if belantamab mafodotin (Blenrep) can help to prevent multiple myeloma (MM) from coming back after patients have had an autologous stem cell transplant (AutoSCT). The safety of this drug after transplant will also be studied

  • Experimental: Belantamab mafodotin
    belantamab mafodotin by vein over 30 minutes every 8 weeks

Primary Outcome Measure

Number of Participants With Treatment-Related Adverse Events as Assessed by CTCAE v4.0, Change From Baseline in Pain Scores on the Visual Analog Scale at 6 Weeks [ Time Frame: through study completion, an average of 1 year ]
