- Camrelizumab — DRUGCamrelizumab is a type of anti-PD-1 antibody that could enhance the immune system of the patient to fight cancer.
Study Details
The study is a single center phase II trial. The purpose is to investigate both the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy combined with anti-PD-1 antibody Followed by chemoradiotherapy in locoregionally advanced hypopharyngeal cancer.

Arms
- Experimental: induction chemotherapy + anti-PD-1 antibodyCamrelizumab (200 mg, Q3w, 2 cycles in total) combined with induction chemotherapy (taxane-containing regimen, Q3w, 2 cycles in total) followed by concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
Primary Outcome Measure
Progression-free Survival, PFS [ Time Frame: 1 year ]
