- Experimental: 4 Milligram (mg) Baricitinib4mg Baricitinib administered orally once daily. Placebo 1 mg and 2 mg administered orally every day to match
- Experimental: 2mg Baricitinib2mg Baricitinib administered orally once daily. Placebo 1 mg and 4 mg administered orally every day to match.
- Experimental: 1mg Baricitinib1mg Baricitinib administered orally once daily. Placebo 2 mg and 4 mg administered orally every day to match.

Primary Outcome Measure
Percentage of Participants Achieving Investigator's Global Assessment (IGA) of 0 or 1 With a ≥ 2 Point Improvement (Placebo, 2mg and 4mg Baricitinib) [ Time Frame: 16 Weeks ]
