Study Details
The goal of this clinical research study is to learn if zanzalintinib can help to control recurrent/metastatic ONB. The safety of zanzalintinib will also be studied.

Arms
- Experimental: Phase 2: Treatment with ZanzalintinibParticipants will be enrolled into a single cohort (N=16). Enrolled participants will receive Zanzalintinib at a dose of 60 mg orally once daily in a 28-day cycle.
Primary Outcome Measure
Safety and Adverse Events (AEs) [ Time Frame: Through study completion; an average of 1 year ]
