Interventions
- Adalimumab — DRUGPsA patients who will receive Adalimumab with methotrexate therapy for 3 months
- Apremilast — DRUGPsA patients who will receive Apremilast with methotrexate therapy for 3 months

The aim of this work is to compare the efficacy of Apremilast combined with Methotrexate versus Adalimumab combined with Methotrexate

- Experimental: Group Iconsists of 30 PsA patients who will receive Adalimumab with methotrexate therapy for 3 months.
- Experimental: Group IIconsists of 30 PsA patients who will receive Apremilast with methotrexate therapy for 3 months.
Primary Outcome Measure
Disease Activity Index for Psoriatic Arthritis [ Time Frame: 3 months ]
