- Whey Protein Isolate Crossover — DIETARY_SUPPLEMENTThis crossover intervention includes 1 week of whey protein isolate supplementation and 1 week of placebo supplementation.
- Placebo — DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT1 week of Non-whey protein Placebo supplement
