  • Whey Protein Isolate Crossover — DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT
    This crossover intervention includes 1 week of whey protein isolate supplementation and 1 week of placebo supplementation.
  • Placebo — DIETARY_SUPPLEMENT
    1 week of Non-whey protein Placebo supplement
