Study Details

The goal of this clinical trial is to learn about the effects of a higher dose of ncabozantinib in patients with advanced renal cell carcinoma who have progressed on or after receiving cabozantinib treatment.

  • Experimental: Cabozantinib Dose Escalation
    cabozantinib 80mg PO daily

Primary Outcome Measure

Progression free survival of cabozantinib [ Time Frame: From time of enrollment/treatment until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, death, or discontinuation from the study treatment for any other reason up to 24 months ]
