Study Details
To learn if response-adapted, ultra-low dose radiation therapy can help to control MZL. This means participates first receive lower does of radiation therapy and then, based on how the disease responds, may receive higher doses after that.

- Experimental: Ultra Low Dose 4 Gy RadiationParticipants will receive the ultra-low doses of radiation therapy over 1-2 days
Primary Outcome Measure
Incidence of Adverse Events, Graded According to National Cancer Institute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (NCI CTCAE) Version (v) 5.0 [ Time Frame: through study completion; an average of 1 year. ]
