- HAIC+Durvalumab+Tremelimumab+Bevacizumab — DRUGTremelimumab:300mg, only once in cycle 1.Durvalumab: 1500mg, iv,q3w Bevacizumab: 15mg/kg, iv, q3w HAIC: Oxaliplatin plus Fluorouracil/Leucovorin
