- Experimental: IbuprofenParticipants receive Ibuprofen 400 mg tablet orally every 8 hours for 10 days
- No Intervention: ControlParticipants receive no NSAIDs

Change of serum PSA compared with baseline [ Time Frame: Baseline, 6 weeks ]
