Interventions
- Morning Exercise — BEHAVIORALMorning Exercise will be instructed to perform 2000 kcal/wk of moderate to vigorous intensity aerobic exercise between the hours of 6 and 10 AM.
- Evening Exercise — BEHAVIORALPM will be instructed to perform 2000 kcal/wk of moderate to vigorous intensity aerobic exercise between the hours of 3 and 7 PM.
Study Details
The investigators are doing this study to learn more about how exercising at different times of the day (morning versus evening) affects body weight, sleep, eating patterns, and other factors.

- Experimental: Morning Exercise (AM)Participants in this group will be prescribed morning aerobic exercise.
- Experimental: Evening Exercise (PM)Participants in this group will be prescribed evening aerobic exercise.
