- Ruxolitinib — DRUG1.5% cream; Ruxolitinib cream will be applied topically twice daily to areas with active lesions.

- Experimental: Discoid lupus erythematosusPatients with discoid lupus erythematosus will be given ruxolitinib cream to be used twice daily for 12 weeks.
