- Experimental: Monalizumab + trastuzumab - low TILs (<5%)trastuzumab 4 mg/kg and monalizumab 750 mg every two weeks.
- Experimental: Monalizumab + trastuzumab - high TILs (>=5%)trastuzumab 4 mg/kg and monalizumab 750 mg every two weeks.
