Interventions
- Nivolumab — DRUGNivolumab 3 mg/kg intravenously every two weeks untill disease progression or unacceptable toxicity
- Stereotactic radiotherapy — RADIATIONThe prescribed dose will be 32 Gy in four fractions in four weeks (8 Gy per one fraction).
