- Experimental: 5 mg TirzepatideParticipants received 5 milligram (mg) tirzepatide administered subcutaneously (SC) once weekly for 52 weeks.

- Experimental: 15 mg TirzepatideParticipants received 15 mg tirzepatide administered SC once weekly for 52 weeks.
