- Surgical — PROCEDURESurgery only
- Non-Surgical — PROCEDUREnon-surgical methods such as, casting, bracing, physical therapy, and other.
- Non-surgical + surgical — PROCEDURECombination of non-surgical methods subsequently followed by surgery
