Trial-results highlights

In the B-MIND study (NCT02763319), which investigated diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, the Kaplan-Meier estimate of progression-free survival (PFS) by independent review in the natural killer cell count-low subgroup was assessed. The rituximab plus bendamustine arm reported a median PFS of 5.60 months, while the tafasitamab plus bendamustine arm also reported a median PFS of 5.60 months. In the overall population of this study, the median PFS was 8.30 months for the rituximab plus bendamustine arm and 7.10 months for the tafasitamab plus bendamustine arm. These assessments were conducted for up to 46.5 months in the subgroup and up to 41.4 months in the overall population.

For B-cell marginal zone lymphoma, the InMIND study (NCT04680052) evaluated outcomes in the follicular lymphoma (FL) population. Progression-free survival by investigator assessment was evaluated for up to approximately 34 months. The placebo plus rituximab plus lenalidomide arm reported a median PFS of 13.93 months, while the tafasitamab plus rituximab plus lenalidomide arm reported a median PFS of 22.37 months. Additionally, Kaplan-Meier estimates of PFS by investigator assessment, using the Lugano 2014 criteria, were reported for up to 2 years. In the placebo plus rituximab plus lenalidomide arm, probabilities were 31.8 percent, 78.2 percent, 54.0 percent, and 38.5 percent. In the tafasitamab plus rituximab plus lenalidomide arm, probabilities were 79.0 percent and 41.7 percent.

All values presented are sourced from primary registry reporting; individual papers should be consulted for clinical decisions.
