Trial-results highlights

The SUNMO study (NCT05171647) investigated Mosunetuzumab in participants diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. One of the key primary outcomes reported in this study was the objective response rate (ORR), which was determined by an independent review facility (IRF) using Lugano Response Criteria 2014 based on Positron Emission Tomography-computed Tomography (PET-CT) or CT scans. In the interim analysis population, assessed for up to approximately 23.8 months, the Mosun-Pola arm reported an ORR in 69.7 percentage of participants. The R-GemOx arm reported an ORR in 44.1 percentage of participants. Another important primary outcome measured in the SUNMO study (NCT05171647) was progression-free survival (PFS). This outcome was also determined by the IRF, following Lugano Response Criteria 2014 using PET-CT or CT scans. The median PFS observed in the Mosun-Pola arm was 11.5 months. In the R-GemOx arm, the median PFS was 3.8 months. This endpoint was assessed for up to 32 months. All values presented here are sourced from primary registry reporting on ClinicalTrials.gov, and individual published papers should be consulted for comprehensive clinical context and decision-making.
