Trial-results highlights

The clinical evidence base for deucravacitinib in the treatment of Psoriatic Arthritis includes findings from pivotal studies. One such investigation, NCT04908189, reported on a primary outcome measuring the number of participants who achieved an American College of Rheumatology (ACR) 20 response at Week 16. In NCT04908189, the arm receiving deucravacitinib included 169 Participants who met the ACR 20 criteria. For comparison, the placebo arm in the same trial reported that 123 Participants achieved an ACR 20 response at Week 16.

Further data for Psoriatic Arthritis comes from another pivotal trial, NCT04908202. This study specifically evaluated the percentage of participants achieving an ACR 20 response at Week 16 as its primary endpoint. During the placebo-controlled period of NCT04908202, the arm treated with deucravacitinib 6 mg QD demonstrated an ACR 20 response in 54.2 percentage of participants. In the same trial and during the placebo-controlled period, the placebo arm reported that 34.1 percentage of participants achieved an ACR 20 response.

All values are sourced from primary registry reporting; individual papers should be consulted for clinical decisions.
