Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills. Work in homes or community settings across NJ, NY, or NM. Responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT Adventure Guide: Provide one‑on‑one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence. Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans. Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions. Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment. Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment. Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT. Requirements High School Diploma (college preferred). Authorized to work in the U.S.; pass background & reference checks. Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play‑based activities. Experience with children/autism preferred.
