Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess the needs of clients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
• Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor progress through data collection.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Provide training and support to staff on behavior management techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress.
• Conduct regular patient assessments to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Advocate for clients needs within various settings, ensuring access to appropriate resources.
Experience
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required.
• One year of experience working as a BCBA with children with autism.
• Proficiency in data collection methods and patient assessment techniques.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

- •Board Certification in Behavior Analysis is required
