Qualifications
- •Current, unrestricted California license: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC (in good standing)
- •Proven therapy skills with individuals, families, and groups across diverse populations
- •Strong written/verbal communication; high comfort with EHR workflows
- •Tech-savvy: Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom
- •Reliable transportation, valid CA driver’s license, and insurability per agency requirements

Responsibilities
- •tervention; safety planning and escalation per protocol
- •Develop, implement, and update treatment plans; coordinate care with internal teams and community partners
- •Complete timely, compliant documentation in the EHR aligned to payer and program standards
- •Conduct discharge planning and chart closure reviews
- •Uphold ethical practice, confidentiality, and all CA mandatory reporting (Child/Elder/Dependent Adult abuse; Tarasoff)
- •Participate in staff meetings/trainings; provide clinical consultation and informal mentorship to associates/trainees
- •Contribute to program design, CQI, and outcomes tracking
- •Other duties as assigned
