Responsibilities:
The following duties are assigned to this position. These are not to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive. Other duties may be required and assigned.
Work with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and possibly their families:
• Encourage building skills for independence
• Encourage and assist in increasing socialization
• Encourage and assist individuals with the pursuit of vocational opportunities
• Assist and provide opportunities for individuals to participate in recreational activities
Experience and Skill Requirements:
• 2 year's experience working with individuals with Autism and/or developmental disabilities a must
• Must have some familiarity with positive behavior supports
• Must pass a variety of background checks
• Must have a CT driver's license
• Must have a registered, insured vehicle which will pass a safety inspection in order to transport individuals int he community

Responsibilities
- •Hour: 21.4 hours
- •Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:00pm-3:30pm & Sunday 2:00pm-6:00pm
- •Other duties may be required and assigned
