Job Description
rom trauma to join our team providing in-person therapy services at our West Springfield office.
Both licensed clinicians and license-eligible masters-level clinicians are encouraged to apply. Supervision is available for clinicians working toward independent licensure.
Responsibilities
• Provide therapy to children, adolescents, and adults
• Support clients experiencing anxiety, trauma, and life transitions
• Collaborate with parents or caregivers when clinically appropriate
• Maintain timely clinical documentation in the electronic health record
• Participate in supervision or clinical consultation as appropriate
Qualifications
Required
• Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Licensed in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, LCSW) or license-eligible clinician working toward licensure
• Ability to provide in-person therapy sessions
Preferred
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or families
• Interest in trauma-informed therapy
• Training or interest in play therapy or CBT for youth
• Spanish speaking ability is a plus
Compensation
$40$50 per clinical session depending on licensure and experience.
