• Track progress on projects, ensuring timely follow-up on deliverables.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information and foster professional, positive relationships.
• Assist in developing presentations, press releases, meetings and communication materials.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree req’d.
• 3–5 years of experience in project management, operations management, executive support or implementation management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management tools, AI and video conferencing platforms.
