Job Description

• Collaborate with educators and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Conduct thorough assessments and monitor student progress regularly.
• Deliver interventions onsite, ensuring consistent support and communication with families and school personnel.
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with district and state regulations.
Schedule and Location:
• Full-time position, 7.5 hours per day.
• Work schedule includes 3 days at Yoder Learning Center in West Liberty and 2 days at Triad.
• Typical daily start time is approximately 7:30 AM but may vary slightly.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Valid SLP certification and credentials (SLP - CCC preferred).
• Proven experience working with school-age children, particularly those with autism.
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet individual student needs.
