Responsibilities
- •Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience
- •They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback
- •Displays a sense of urgency with guests
- •Seeks ways to improve guest satisfaction; asks questions, commits to follow-through
- •Resolves guest concerns by following Brand recommended guest recovery process
- •Problem Solving and Decision Making:
- •Identifies and resolves issues and problems
- •Uses information at hand to make decisions and solve problems; includes others when necessary
- •Develops and maintains relationships with team members
- •Operates with integrity; demonstrates honesty, treats others with respect, keeps commitments

- •Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members
- •Support the training of crew members as requested
- •Provide coaching and feedback to crew members

- •Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
