Qualifications
- •Smart home tech knowledge to support and educate customers
- •Best practices created by our most experienced techs
- •Valid Driver’s License: Clean record required
- •Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
- •Physical Ability:
- •Climb ladders (up to 40 ft)
- •Lift up to 70 lbs
- •Must meet and maintain 335 lb weight limit
- •Customer Focus: Build trust and create a great experience
- •Problem-Solving: Tackle a variety of challenges on the spot
- •Determination: Work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather

Responsibilities
- •You’ll visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech
- •Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
- •Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
- •Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team
