Hackensack: M- F: 4- 6:30PM
Rochelle Park: Mon, Wed, Fri: 3:15- 7:15PM & Sat: 10AM- 1PM
About Compass ABA:
As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.
Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
Work in homes or community settings across NJ, NY, or NM.
Responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT:
Adventure Guide: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.
Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.
Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
Requirements:
High School Diploma (college preferred).
Authorized to work in the U.S.; pass background & reference checks.
Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
Experience with children/autism preferred.
Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.

Qualifications
