Role Description
We’re hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs) to work with children with autism using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in center-based and/or in-home settings throughout New Jersey!
What you’ll do:
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement treatment plans and collect session data
• Build communication, social, and daily living skills
What we’re looking for:
• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s preferred)
• RBT certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with children or special needs a plus
• Reliable, compassionate, and energetic
