• Unique Populationa- Work with dually diagnosed individuals (ages 12-17 or 18+) with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health conditions (e.g., autism, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, anxiety).
• Small Caseloada- One residential home per BCBA, allowing for deep, meaningful clinical work.
• No Travel Requireda- All services are provided on-site.
• Multidisciplinary Collaborationa- Work alongsideclinicalpsychologists, nurses, administrators, and other experienced BCBAsto create comprehensivetreatmentplans.
• Flexible Hoursa- Primarily 8-5 with some PM/NOC supervision.
• Administrative Supporta- Scheduling and paperwork handled by our admin team.

• Provide supervision to RBTs and behavior staff.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans.

Qualifications

- •Salary Range: $108,000 -$115,000 plus incentives, sign-on bonus eligible|Small Caseload |Flexible Schedule
