Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide pediatric home health services. This role includes evaluation, treatment planning, and direct therapy services to support children in achieving communication and feeding goals.
This position offers flexibility and autonomy while maintaining strong clinical collaboration and leadership support.
Schedule Options: Part-time and Full-time opportunities available.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable goals
• Provide engaging, play-based therapy services
• Address areas including articulation, phonology, expressive/receptive language, pragmatic language, fluency, AAC, and feeding (as applicable)
• Supervise and support SLPAs (if applicable) in accordance with state regulations
• Educate and coach caregivers on strategies for carryover at home
• Complete documentation in a timely and accurate manner
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, payer requirements, and company policies
Qualifications
• Active Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Current CPR certification
• Article 9 certification
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently in a home health setting
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
