Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Consistent Daytime Schedule | Hampton, VA
$23–$28 per Hour
Part-Time | Consistent Weekly Hours | Immediate Need
Autism Center of Excellence is urgently hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent ABA therapy schedule in Hampton, VA 23664.
This is an excellent opportunity for an RBT seeking stable weekly hours, supportive BCBA leadership, and meaningful work helping children with autism build communication, behavioral, and life skills.

Consistent Weekly Schedule
• Monday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
• Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Thursday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Friday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required.

Position Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
• Collect and record session data accurately
• Support development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment
• Collaborate with supervisors regarding client progress and treatment implementation
Qualifications
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• Prior ABA experience required
• Reliable transportation required
• Strong communication and professionalism required
• Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented
