Teacher Assistant (TA) – Supporting Autistic Students
Location: 395 Becker Dr, Schenectady, NY 12306
Pay Range: $16.00 – $19.00 / hour (Based on experience & education)
Job Type: Full-Time (8:00–3:30), Part-Time (8:30–2:30), or Per Diem
Schedule: School year calendar + 6-week summer program (No nights or weekends!)

Support students’ individualized learning, behavior, and daily living goals.
Use positive, evidence-based ABA teaching strategies.
Collect simple data to track and celebrate student progress.
Assist with active, hands-on classroom activities.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
New York State Teacher Assistant Certification (Required).
Experience with children or individuals with autism (Preferred, but we will train the right person!).
