Teacher (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Autism Behavioral Academy – Minot, ND

Autism Behavioral Academy is a nonprofit private school dedicated to supporting students with autism and related educational needs. We are seeking a compassionate Teacher to support the Special Education Teacher in implementing curriculum requirements for a small classroom of 1–5 students.

Position Details
• Availability: Part-time and full-time positions available
• Part-time Schedule: Minimum 3–5 hour daily shifts
• Days: Monday–Friday
• Start Date: Immediate — training available now

Responsibilities
• Assist with curriculum delivery and classroom adaptations
• Provide individualized and small-group student support
• Support students with autism and related educational needs
• Reinforce behavior strategies and track student progress
• Help maintain a structured, positive classroom environment

Qualifications
• Valid teaching license required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Background in autism or behavioral support is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Patient, reliable, and team-oriented
