Job Description

At CCBS, behavior technicians carry real clinical responsibility. You are the person implementing each client's program, measuring their growth, and building the kind of trusted relationship that person-centered care depends on.

Day to day
Implementing individualized skill-building programs designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) Collecting behavioral data every session to track progress Working with clients through structured activities and play Communicating with your clinical team and the families you serve Keeping your therapy space clean and organized
• ***What we need from you

High school diploma or equivalent

18+ years old

Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation (up to 40 miles/day between clients)

Available Monday–Friday, 12:30–6:30 PM

Completion of CA LiveScan and background check

Cleared TB test and completed immunizations

Able to physically engage with and lift children up to 50 lbs

RBT certification (we'll cover training and certification if you don't have it)

Experience with children with developmental delays or disabilities
