Now Hiring: School-Based RBTs in South Burlington, VT

We are actively seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in a school setting in South Burlington, VT for the 20262027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment while helping students build positive behaviors and succeed academically.

Role Responsibilities:
• Provide direct 1:1 and small group behavioral support
• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and ABA strategies
• Collect, track, and report student behavior data
• Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and support staff
• Promote positive behavior and social skill development

Qualifications:
• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
• Strong communication and data collection skills
• Ability to remain consistent, patient, and adaptable
