However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide supervision to SLPAs, with the option to carry their own caseload. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective speech therapy services. Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' speech therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Provide supervision for a minimum of two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
Qualifications:
• Active Arizona State Speech-Language Pathology License
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Article 9 Certification
• Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
