Job Description
$21.00 / hour
• Earn an extra $2.00/hour premium for home visits after 6 PM

Your Responsibilities:
• Engage and teach children through play while adhering to personalized treatment plans
• Observe and record data to prepare progress notes
• Assist children in developing essential life skills, including motor, social, and emotional skills
• Work on goals that transform challenging behaviors into effective communication
• Make a positive impact in the lives of children!
Desired Skills and Qualities:
• Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willingness to obtain within 45 days
• Experience working with children (such as in camp counseling, daycare, nanny, or school settings) preferred
• Energetic, creative, and able to think on your feet
• Reliable - someone families can depend on
• Physical ability to engage in active play and mobility
• Proficient with technology and comfortable using our data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• Motivated to learn independently and provide high-quality care to clients
• Interest in evidence-based methods that are scientifically proven to be effective
• Availability for afternoon shifts starting between 2:30 PM and 4:00 PM, working until 7 PM to 8 PM
