Job Description

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
• Provide supervision for Clinical Fellows, supporting their professional development and compliance with licensing requirements
• Adapt therapy approaches to meet the diverse needs of students in both elementary and middle school settings
Qualifications:
• Florida license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is required
• Willingness to supervise Clinical Fellows is preferred
• For this year's temporary position, candidates with a Bachelor's degree willing to work under a temporary teaching certificate (not SLPA license) will be considered
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work within a team-oriented school environment
• Commitment to student-centered care and evidence-based therapy methods
Schedule and Locations:
• 4 days per week providing services at Ormond Beach Elementary School (3 days) and Pine Trail Elementary School (1 day)
• 4 days per week at Silver Sands Middle School in Port Orange, Florida
• Next school year, the position will transition to a full 5-day schedule
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
