Job Description
sibilities:
• Coordinate and update the daily schedule for doctors, including new patient assignments, family notes, and Dr. Jennings' patient transfers
• Distribute accurate, updated schedules to all doctors
• Maintain the same-day tracking sheet and end-of-day totals
• Provide hygiene support, including perio charting
• Set up procedure trays in advance to streamline assistant workflow
• Turn over hygiene and treatment rooms between patients
• Support sterilization efforts with team members (e.g., assist Cate when available)
• Stock clinical rooms daily and refill water bottles
• Act as a clinic runner to support real-time needs of the clinical team
Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a dental or clinical setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented with a strong commitment to patient-centered care
