Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver individualized behavioral interventions to students across various grade levels (Pre-K through 12th grade)
• Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques to assist students in achieving educational and developmental goals
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and families to support each student's progress
• Collect and record data on student performance and behavior for ongoing assessment
• Maintain professional standards and compliance with school policies and RBT guidelines
Desired Qualifications:
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, and high school settings is preferred
• Ability to work effectively one-on-one with students who require behavioral support
