Job Description

Qualifications

  • •Requirements Physician Leader must have recent experience at a similar size facility
  • •Proven experience on CV.Work with scheduling on management of schedule and open shifts

Responsibilities

  • •Interview process with recruiting to staff the roster with FT Team They will partner with their on-site facility leaders especially the CMO and will work with them on meeting budget and standards/metrics including the length of stay patient satisfaction and physical retention
  • •Assist with management of performance/conflict issues which may arise with current HM staff
  • •Schedule will consist of regular M - F at Memorial Savannah with ability to perform administrative and clinical shifts. 7 on/7 off will be considered
