Direct Care Workers to join our team—people who are passionate about supporting others in residential homes, school programs, and community-based settings.

• Provide daily care, encouragement, and skill-building support in residential and educational settings
• Assist with personal care, daily living routines, and fostering independence at home
• Support individuals in classrooms, activities, and community experiences that promote learning and inclusion
• Build meaningful, trusting relationships through compassion and respect
• Collaborate with teachers, clinicians, and teammates to create individualized care and learning plans
• Ensure a safe, structured, and nurturing environment where individuals can thrive
