About Kids Club ABA
Kids Club ABA is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) company with extensive experience supporting individuals with autism. We’re dedicated to a family‑centered approach, working closely with RBTs and BCBA’s to develop highly individualized behavior intervention plans. Our mandate is to promote from within, and we invest heavily in training and mentoring to ensure quality care for our clients.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Conduct assessments.
• Provide training to parents and staff.
• Collaborate with team members and other BCBA’s.
• Maintain records and documentation.
• Attend professional development activities.
• Supervise RBTs.
• Take on additional responsibilities and leadership roles within the company.
Qualifications
• Master’s degree in ABA or a related field.
• BCBA certification.
• At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism as a BCBA.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Benefits
- •Hourly Compensation: $80–$100 (Full‑time, Part‑time)
- •Total Compensation: $90,000 – $105,000, tiered based on experience and competency
